Dedicated, Honest, Trustworthy!   Those are the qualities I will do my best to portray as your real estate agent.  I am committed to providing ethical representation for Residential real estate transactions in the Piedmont Triad Area of North Carolina. My passion is serving real estate buyers and sellers in Davie, Forsyth, Yadkin and Davidson counties.

I've been a resident of Davie County since 2003 and have previously owned homes in Clemmons & Lewisville (Forsyth County, NC) and Cary, NC. Relocation brought me to North Carolina in 1971 and I have lived in each of these North Carolina counties over the years (Davie, Forsyth, Wake, Catawba, Iredell, Montgomery and Cleveland).

As a recent graduate of the Central Carolinas Leadership Academy and Member of the Winston-Salem Regional Association of Realtors, I also serve as a Board of Directors Member and Facilities Chairman for the Davie County Arts Council.  My other active memberships include:  Davie County Chamber of Commerce, National Association of Realtors (NAR), North Carolina Association of Realtors (NCAR) & Winston-Salem Regional Association of Realtors (WSRAR) Appraisal & Grievance Committee's as Co-Chairman.

Kim is a wonderful communicator and is responsive via e mail, phone, and texts 24/7. He completed a transaction for me when I was out of state in another time zone and we stayed on schedule. He is enthusiastic about the county where my home was located, and also helped emphasize new ways to market the house.
